A retail parcel in Midlothian has sold for $2.1 million, according to Divaris Real Estate.
EMC North Park Center LLC has purchased the 1.3-acre parcel at 2460 Colony Crossing Place from Colony Investments I LLC.
DRE’s Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the buyer in the transaction.
In other lease transactions, Crunch Fitness has leased 28,737 square feet of space in Chesterfield Towne Center at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike.
The fitness center, which will have its own external entrance at the mall, will be located between the Sears and Barnes & Noble stores ,
