Brandywine Realty Trust Launches Bex, A New Amenity Platform For Tenants

Bex to roll out across key Washington, DC Metro and Philadelphia properties this fall

Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) today announced the launch of Bex, an innovative new amenity platform exclusively for tenants. Bex, short for Brandywine Experience, provides flexible work and community space across key Brandywine properties, allowing employees of tenant companies across its portfolio the freedom and convenience to work in a way that increases productivity and enhances quality of life.

All Bex spaces are designed to offer relaxed and stylish work environments, with features including free Wi-Fi, a kitchen & bar area, coffee & water service, private conference room booking, twice daily cleaning service, on-site printing and other office services. Employees of tenant companies can also utilize amenity spaces unique to each Bex location such as lounges and larger assembly areas, where applicable. Users looking to access Bex in a different market while traveling can register online to secure space and ensure easy day-of access, and in-market users can take advantage of amenities in nearby buildings on a first come, first served basis when they need a change of scenery throughout their day. Additionally, tenant companies have the ability to reserve space to host special events and programming through Bex.

Bex will roll out across several Brandywine properties this fall: 8260 Greensboro Drive in Tysons, VA will launch in September, and Commerce Square in Philadelphia will launch in November. The program is currently being piloted at 555 E. Lancaster Avenue in Radnor, with workspace and lounge areas available. Bex services will be available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm, with expanded access upon request.

Bex is the latest offering from Brandywine that addresses tenants’ evolving needs and the growing demand for flexible office space. Earlier this year, Brandywine announced a partnership with LiquidSpace, which will allow companies ranging in size from startups to enterprises to leverage space across Brandywine’s Philadelphia and PA suburban portfolios.
