The last courtyard concert series of the season featured BBQ from Three Dog Deli, free Baskin-Robbins ice cream, a live band, a corn hole contest, and a sidewalk sale. Hill Management Services, the owner and manager of the four-building Executive Plaza portfolio, has held a monthly concert event May through October. Consisting of approximately 550,000 square feet of office and retail space, the project fronts Shawan Road and is positioned directly off Interstate 83. On-site amenities include a daycare facility, fitness center, full-service branch of the United States Post Office, Texas Roadhouse restaurant, hair salon, dry cleaners, and a card and gift shop. Four different conference rooms are available for rent by tenants and non-tenants.

Tenants had the opportunity to win prizes playing corn hole.

The free ice cream station is always a big hit.
