Metropolis Capital Advisors LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Rob Foa as a Managing Director within their growing capital markets advisory firm. Rob will lead the firm’s investment sales platform and oversee its advisory practice which assists select clients with acquisition analysis, tenant representation, and urban-infill agency leasing assignments.
Rob brings 15 years of experience and a wealth of business acumen to the MetCap team. Specializing in the sale of investment property, Rob has completed notable transactions on behalf of both small local investors as well as some of the most prominent real estate companies in the region. His presence and relationships will complement the efforts of MetCap’s Structured Finance team.
Prior to joining MetCap, Rob worked as Managing Director with the Menkiti Group in Washington, D.C. where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial business unit, including third party brokerage, acquisitions and leasing for its 300,000 square foot urban portfolio. During 3 years at Menkiti, Rob more than doubled the size of the portfolio and increased occupancy 20% to bring the portfolio to over 90% leased.
