Hill Management Services Initiates Construction On New 10,000 SF Shopping Center In Owings Mills

Red Run Station, located on 11050 Red Run Boulevard, expected to deliver spring 2019

Hill Management Services, Inc. has initiated construction on Red Run Station, a new 10,368 square foot retail center positioned on 11050 Red Run Boulevard in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. Featuring roadside visibility from Red Run Boulevard, and offering up to six retail spaces as well as one pad site, the Baltimore-based real estate development company anticipates delivering the center in spring 2019.

Red Run Station features tenant spaces ranging from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet of space, which are suitable for restaurant uses, as well as an array of service-oriented and consumer products retail including soft goods and business services. The tenant spaces can also be combined to suit the needs of a larger retail use. The pad site is designed for a boutique hotel, bank, fast-casual restaurant, pharmacy or other use permitted in the ML (Manufacturing, Light) and BM (Business Major) zoning. One of the spaces within the retail center is outfitted with a drive-through window.

“Our research shows this section of Baltimore County as an emerging retail corridor, especially considering the strong residential activity that continues to occur at the nearby Metro Centre at Owings Mills and The View at Mill Run apartments. Owings Mills New Town, a planned community, is also less than two miles away,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services. “Red Run Station features excellent roadside visibility from its position near an extremely busy intersection on Dolfield Boulevard, and the project is close to Reisterstown Road and Interstate 795. We have generated extremely strong interest in Red Run Station and expect to announce our first lease shortly.”

The shopping center is positioned directly in front of the Your Space Storage facility, which was developed and is managed by Peak Management, an affiliate company of Hill Management Services.

More than 75,000 consumers reside within a three-mile radius of Red Run Station, with an average household income approaching $94,000.
