Top ranked performer to oversee and grow portfolio throughout the region

JLL announces today the move to promote Megan Matthews as Mid-Atlantic Property Management Lead. Matthews currently serves as Managing Director for JLL’s South Central Region Property Management business in Dallas, Texas. She will relocate to the Mid-Atlantic at the start of 2019, but will assume the role immediately.

“Megan has a proven track record of leading JLL’s property management team in multiple markets across the US, most recently growing JLL’s South Central portfolio to 40 million square feet of office, industrial and mixed use properties,” stated Chris Molivadas, Mid-Atlantic Market Director. “We are excited for her to bring that expertise to the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Prior to leading the Property Management business based in Dallas, Matthews oversaw a 2.6 million square foot portfolio in JLL’s Atlanta office. “As a Virginia native, it’s so exciting for me to join this team. I have been at JLL for 19 years. It’s an amazing company that supports its people. I can’t wait to continue my success with JLL in the Mid-Atlantic.”

Matthews earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Georgia. A leader in the commercial real estate industry at large, she is an active member of CREW Dallas and BOMA Dallas where she holds a principal membership and helps steer their Foundation Board of Trustees. Additionally, Matthews has acted as the Executive Sponsor for the JLL Dallas Women’s Business Network. She was recognized in 2016 and 2017 as a JLL Top Gun, which highlights the top revenue producers of the firm.
