Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of eight transactions totaling 13,931 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond and Central Virginia markets.
Lease Transactions
Better Floors Incorporated leased 4,070 square feet of retail space located at 2601 Buford Road in Richmond. Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Better Floors is a family-owned business that was established in 1984. The company consults, sells and installs all types of flooring, tile and carpet.
Sal’s Pizza leased 2,750 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7116 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in 360 West include: Rite Aid, Auto Zone, Dollar General, Subway, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile and Jackson Hewitt.
Touchtel Communication leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located at 740 Town Center Drive in Waynesboro. Ali McCrickard, Brett McNamee and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in lease negotiations. Other tenants in Waynesboro Town Center include: Target, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, McAlister’s Deli, Hair Cuttery, and LOFT.
Edward Jones leased 1,395 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9321 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond, John Madures and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Kamla Learning Center leased 1,215 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 5th Street Station located at 5th Street at Interstate 64 in Charlottesville, Va. Larry Agnew represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in 5th Street Station include: Wegmans, Haverty’s, Field & Stream, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Planet Fitness, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, A.C. Moore, PetSmart, Timberwood Grill, Panera Bread, Dollar Store, Hand and Stone, GNC, Hair Cuttery and Great Clips.
Sylvia Buono and Renee Williams leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Airport Drive Shopping Center located at 71 South Airport Drive in Highland Springs, Va. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Airport Drive Shopping Center include: Brame Academy, Cash Advance, Subway, MetroPCS and Antonio’s Pizza.
P.B. Huber Analysis & Research leased 926 square feet and Community Preservation and Development Corporation leased 775 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased One Monument Avenue located at 413 Stuart Circle in Richmond. Eric Hammond, Dean Foster and Brett McNamee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
