International Mulch Company takes 154,868-square feet at 2209 Sulphur Spring Road

JLL announces today the first tenant to kick off leasing efforts at 2209 Sulphur Spring Road in Halethorpe, Maryland, International Mulch Company. The rubber mulch manufacturer began occupancy of 154,868-square feet this October, leaving approximately 160,000-square feet available.

“International Mulch Company has had a long-time presence in Maryland,” stated Tyler Boykin, Vice President, JLL. “We know that their move into Baltimore County at 2209 Sulphur Spring will allow them superior access to I-695 and I-95, while allowing them expansion capability for the future.”

The O’Donnell Group will complete Phase Two of the building’s redevelopment by the end of 2018. Improvements include a widened access bridge to the rear of the project along with a new loading platform to include 11 dock high doors to service the back vacancy. There is nearly 160,000-square feet of remaining space at the building, which can be divisible into 101,000 - and 56,000 +/- square foot blocks.
