Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the sale of a commercial property located at 5284 Providence Road in Virginia Beach, Va.

Dunkin Donuts purchased a 3,412-square-foot commercial building on .916 acres of land from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for $1,025,000. The franchisee will renovate the existing building that was formerly used as a Wells Fargo bank branch. George Fox brokered the sale on behalf of the buyer.
