Eastern Savings Bank, a local community financial institution founded in 1905, has renewed and expanded its lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for approximately 33,000 square feet of space within the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley. The bank utilizes its space within Executive Plaza II to house its headquarters for more than 100 employees. Eastern Savings Bank has been a tenant in Executive Plaza for more than 25 years, after previously operating its headquarters from Padonia Centre on 30 East Padonia Road, which is also owned and managed by Hill Management Services. Ashley Zito of Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction. Eastern Savings Bank was assisted in the transaction by Scott Wingrat of Cresa.

Over the past five years, Hill Management Services invested in a more than $6 million improvement and enhancement strategy at the Executive Plaza complex, which consists of four buildings comprising 550,000 square feet of office and connected by a retail corridor. Among the highlights of the improvement package was the installation of 1,240 floor-to-ceiling windows; the renovation of 40 sets of common-area restrooms and 36 elevator lobbies in the buildings; new HVAC; the modernization of all 13 elevators; and the installation of new exterior signage and landscaping packages.
Hill Management Services also offers three conference rooms and a training facility at Executive Plaza that are available for rent by tenants. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual services, high-speed internet, and catering available. Additional onsite amenities include hair salon, convenience store & gift shop, storage space, car detail area and underground parking.
