Continental Realty Corp. Promotes Deborah Dell To Accounts Payable Manager

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Deborah Dell to the position of Accounts Payable Manager. Dell has worked with the company since 2017 and was formerly a Property Accountant.

In her new position, Ms. Dell will oversee daily accounts payable functions required by CRC including customer and vendor relations, maintain internal controls, manage processes and streamline functions. She will also interface with management and operation teams, facilitate training meetings on and off-site, provide support for the accounting group and prepare relevant key performance indicators to executives. In addition, she will supervise and provide technical assistance to the accounts payable staff and analyze data to assure the accuracy of financial information.

Ms. Dell formerly held accounting positions with MacKenzie Management and Multi-Properties, Inc.
