Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of five transactions totaling 15,597 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond and Central Virginia markets.

Sale Transaction

Greenway Commercial, Inc. purchased 1.71 acres of land located at 16600 Jefferson Davis Highway in Colonial Heights, Va from Big VA Properties far $175,000. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller in the negotiations. The parcel is part of a multi-use development.

Lease Transactions

Ceres Transport leased 7,700 square feet of Divaris-leased industrial space located at 326 East 6^th Street in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Wong Gonzalez leased 4,436 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Greengate located on West Broad Street in Henrico, Va. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Greengate include: Lidl, Red Salt Chophouse, Mellow Mushroom, The Daily Kitchen & Bar, West Coast Provisions, Starbucks, Cycle Bar, Pure Barre, Purify, Sugar Hive Beauty Bar, Mango Salon, Ginger Juice and Carytown Bicycle Co.

Your Pie leased 2,494 square feet of retail space in University Crossroads located at 900 Price Fork Road in Blacksburg, Va. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the tenant in lease negotiations. This will be the first location for Your Pie in Blacksburg. Your Pie specializes in crafting the best pizzas, chopped salads, paninis and gelato. They also sell craft beer and wine on tap.

Lease Renewal

Material Software Systems renewed its lease for 967 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond, Dean Foster and John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
