Obrecht Riehl Properties purchased 1.46 acres with two buildings totaling 19,000 square feet at 1900 York Road at the intersection of Aylesbury and York Roads on November 29th.

Obrecht Riehl Properties plans to redevelop the front building on York Road approximately 11,543 square feet. Delivery is estimated to be June 2019.

“This site is an excellent retail location with a traffic light, tremendous visibility and access in Timonium”, says President Susan Obrecht Riehl. “We’re very excited to deliver a Class A retail facility for lease in the area.”

Obrecht Riehl Properties has developed many retail locations in Baltimore County areas. The company specializes in development, consulting and brokerage and are headquartered in Cockeysville, MD. She and her husband, John, not only specialize in retail but also office, industrial and apartments complexes.
