Cushman & Wakefield Represents Clarion Partners in Lease with Coworking Provider AdvantEdge Workspaces at Chevy Chase Pavilion

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the Agency Leasing team of Bobby Schwartz, Matt Sullivan and Kirsten Ryan has represented commercial real estate investment firm Clarion Partners, LLC which owns Chevy Chase Pavilion on behalf of one of its comingled funds in leasing 51,268 square feet of the property to coworking provider AdvantEdge Workspaces.

Chevy Chase Pavilion is a 360,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center that includes retail and 205,385 square feet of Class A office space at 5335 Wisconsin Ave. NW, atop the Friendship Heights Metro station. AdvantEdge Workspaces is a coworking provider that offers features such as fully furnished, fully configurable offices and communications services; conference, meeting and workroom areas; and concierge and reception services.

In addition to leasing Chevy Chase Pavilion on behalf of Clarion Partners, Cushman & Wakefield also manages the property, under the leadership of Vice President Dante Jofferion. The property is among the most energy efficient in the region and has attained ENERGY STAR status.
