Office representation further expands Avison Young’s relationship with The RMR Group

Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has been awarded the office leasing assignment for 11 Dupont Circle, a 153,000-square-foot (sf) office building in Washington, D.C.’s Central Business District.

The property is managed by The RMR Group, an alternative asset management firm with approximately $30 billion in assets under management, including more than 1,700 properties, as of June 30, 2018.

Prominently located on Dupont Circle, the property is preparing for a significant renovation including new on-site amenities to complement the building’s vibrant location, which is known for its market-leading food and entertainment options. Full renovation details will be announced in early 2019.
