Pa. Construction Company Plans To Open Plant In Richmond

Pennsylvania-based Kinsley Construction Inc. plans to open a plant in Richmond as it expands its steel fabrication and erection services.

The construction company plans to hire 70 employees in Virginia. The positions would include machine operators, fitters, welders, painters, truck drivers and project managers.

Kinsley, which has its headquarters in York, Pa., said the plant site is along Interstate 95 and has rail access.

The facility, previously owned by Williams Bridge Co., is undergoing renovations.

Changes include installation of a beam line and fabrication equipment as well as work station setup.
