Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four sales and leasing transactions totaling 43,455 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond market.

Sale Transactions

RTC Hill Building, LLC purchased a 29,466-square-foot industrial building located at 2800 Ackley Avenue in Richmond from Big 2800 Ackley, LLC far $2 million. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller in the negotiations.

Elite Force Holdings, Inc. purchased a 9,281-square-foot multi-tenant retail property located at 12131 South Chalkley Road in Chester, Va from Chester Square, LLC for $1 million. Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the seller while Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the buyer in the transaction.

Lease Transaction

Smoothie King leased 1,400 square feet of retail space located at 11419-B Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewal

Rio Grande Mexican restaurant renewed its lease for 3,308 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7128 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in 360 West include: Rite Aid, Auto Zone, Dollar General, Subway, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile and Jackson Hewitt.
