Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of three new lease transactions totaling 14,735 square feet of office space in Richmond.

Lease Transactions

Quantitative Medical Systems leased 10,539 square feet of office space in Premier Tech Center located at 2810 North Parham Road in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Planet Depos leased 2,221 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 411 East Franklin Street in Richmond. Ali McCrickard and Brett McNamee represented the landlord in the lease transaction.

Eastern Millwright Regional Council leased 1,975 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 4808 Radford Avenue in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
