Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of two transactions totaling 2,505 square feet of sold and leased commercial space.

Sales Transaction

Town of Indian Head purchased the 1,305-square-foot former PNC Bank located at 1 North Prospect Avenue in Indian Head, Maryland from PNC Bank, NA for $265,000. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller in the transaction. In recent years, Divaris Real Estate has completed over 30 dispositions of surplus properties on behalf of PNC Bank.

Lease Transaction

Massage Century leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Old Ashburn Square located at 20630 Ashburn Road in Ashburn, Va. Susan McGee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Old Ashburn Square include: Vocelli’s, ChefScape, T-Mobile, 7-Eleven, Studio Bleu and School of Rock.
