RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc.(NYSE: APLE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of January 2019. The distribution is payable on January 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2019.

Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $14.67 on December 19, 2018, the annualized distribution of $1.20 per common share represents an annual yield of approximately 8.2 percent.
