Advance Auto Parts renewed its lease of 265,347 square feet of office space for its Store Support Center in Crossroads Corporate Center at 5002 Airport Rd., Roanoke, VA. Advance Auto Parts was founded in Roanoke in the 1930’s. The Store Support Center currently employs around 600 employees. Barry Ward and Price Gutshall handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Digital Traffic Systems, Inc. leased 5,000 square feet of office space in Airport Commerce Park at 5815 Airport Road, Suite D, Roanoke, VA. Boyd Johnson handled lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Gentiva renewed its lease of 6,613 square feet of office space in Century Business Center at 1302 Plantation Rd., Roanoke, VA. Price Gutshall and Wyatt Poats handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
