Lease Transactions
CareConnect Health leased 3,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Parkway Centre located at 378 North Veterans Parkway in Moultrie, Georgia. Gerald Divaris and Ackerman & Co. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Parkway Centre include: Publix Supermarket, Petsense and Great Clips.
DBA Academy leased 2,019 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 21st Pavilion shopping center located at 222 West 21st Street in Norfolk. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Batteries Pus, Changes Hairstyling, Jake’s Place Men’s Spa, Blue Box Tanning Salon, Pak Mail and Richmond Camera.
Kumon Learning Center leased 1,626 square feet of retail space in Pembroke Meadows Shopping Center located at 750 Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Mary McGovern represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Reinhold Chiropractic leased 1,603 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour View Professional Center located at 1510 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Jackson Hewitt leased 998 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Broad Creek Shopping Center located at 1261 North Military Highway in Norfolk. Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Broad Creek Shopping Center include: Target, Home Depot, Food Lion, PetSmart, Party City, GNC, Advance America and The UPS Store.

Community Alternatives renewed its lease for 10,835 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Thurston Ave property located at 5700 Thurston Avenue in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
EZ Pass renewed its lease for 2,120 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing located at 4006-A Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Victory Crossing include: Farm Fresh, Marshall’s, Jiffy Lube, Shoppers World, SunTrust, and Olive Ole.
Al Fresco renewed its lease for 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oyster Point Square located 11710 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, Va. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Oyster Point Square include: Food Lion, Family Dollar, The UPS Store, BB&T Bank and Cricket Wireless.
Cold Stone Creamery renewed its lease for 1,448 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Square shopping center located at 2077 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Lynnhaven Square is home to popular national retailers including subway, Hair Cutter, UPS Store and Virginia ABC.
