Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four lease transactions totaling 12,928 square feet of retail space in the greater Richmond market.

Lease Transactions

Better Floors Incorporated leased 3,500 square feet of industrial/warehouse space located at 3813 Hendricks Road in Midlothian, Va. Cheryle Toy represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Liquid Talent Agency leased 1,187 square feet of office space located at 5310 Markel Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

Bank of America, NA renewed its lease for 5,880 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Bank of America Center located at 1111 East Main Street in Richmond. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Boost Mobile renewed its lease for 2,361 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7102 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Other tenants in 360 West include: Rite Aid, Auto Zone, Dollar General, Subway, Cricket Wireless, Rio Grande Mexican restaurant and Jackson Hewitt.
