Family business owned by two sisters and mother have been operational more than 40 years

La Clinica Salon & Day Spa, a family business owned by two sisters and their mother which has operated for more than 40 years, has relocated from the Towson area to Timonium Commerce Park with an expanded location at 9612 Deereco Road in Lutherville. The full-service facility signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc.and recently moved from their previous York Road location. Ashley Zito of Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction.

“Increased traffic along York Road had negatively impacted our location over the past several years and, combined with the need for expanded space, we focused our search in the Timonium and Lutherville area to better serve the needs of our customers,” explained Jayne Gary, who owns the business together with her sister Georgi Butler and their mother Joan Zulinch. “Our facility is extremely visible, we have plenty of parking for our customers and we are surrounded by many businesses and neighborhoods. With a location just off Interstate 83, we are now attracting customers from southern Pennsylvania as well. Most importantly, we have been able to spread out and offer a full array of services to meet the skin, hair and body care requests of our customers.”

La Clinica Salon & Day Spa, which services both male and female customers, offers a full range of hair cutting and styling including coloring and hair extensions; manicures and pedicures; brow and lash treatments including make-up application; facials, massages and whole body treatments, in addition to specialty spa packages such as marine salt exfoliation and de-stressing aromatherapy.

Timonium Commerce Park is a two-building business community consisting of approximately 144,000 square feet of single-story space that can accommodate a range of commercial office, retail and warehouse uses. The site is within walking distance to a variety of amenities including fast-casual and sit-down restaurants, the Timonium Light Rail Station and several hotels.
