Interior retrofitted from “old-style” deli to modern facility featuring 25 seating capacity
Katerina’s Kravings, located in Timonium Corporate Center in Baltimore County, has completed a comprehensive interior renovation and remodeling program that retrofitted the “old-style” deli into a modern restaurant amenity that includes sit-down seating for 25 people. Owner Nick Primikirios acquired the deli in 2016 and transformed the former use into Greek-inspired concept featuring specialties including chicken souvlaki pita, gyros and homemade meatloaf. Timonium Corporate Center, located at 9515 Deereco Road, is a project of Hill Management Services, Inc.
“This was a complete floor to ceiling renovation program including a demolition of the entire former deli, which was necessary to create the environment that we believe was more conducive to the upscale tenants in Timonium Corporate Center and the surrounding neighborhoods,” explained Nick Primikirios. “The final result has been embraced by business people and local residents and completely worth the investment. We have many loyal customers that eat breakfast or lunch with us on a daily basis and, in fact, many order the same exact meal each day. I guess that means they like the food and the service.”
Breakfast menu items available at Katerina’s Kravings include egg platters, omelettes and omelette wraps, pancakes and French toast. Four homemade soups are available for lunch on a daily basis, as are grilled paninis including chicken Cuban, turkey Tuscan and corned beef Reuben. A complete complement of specialty-made wraps feature blackened chicken cobb, chicken salad powerhouse, shrimp fajita and steak fajita. Another specialty is grinder pitas with flavors including cheesesteak, Italian hot cut and French dip.
Galleria Towers is a seven-story, nearly 125,000 square foot Class “A” office and retail project with immediate access to I-695 (Baltimore Beltway). It features a variety of on-site tenant amenities and is near a diversity of restaurants and retail shopping options. The Towson central business district is approximately three miles away.
