Recently there has been a degree of fear that Altria's cigarette volumes are declining too quickly, which could possibly undermine their future earnings.

This article provides an update to my original analysis that I published approximately two months ago.

Despite last year being rather weak, when viewed in a historical context there doesn't yet appear to be any reason for alarm, although it still should be monitored closely.
