Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Associates at GBMC, a Division of Centers for Advanced ENT Care, LLC has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for more than 3000 square feet of space within the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley and recently opened its practice, which includes the affiliate entity Maryland Center for Facial Plastic Surgery.The four-building portfolio at 11350 McCormick Road contains approximately 550,000 feet of office and retail space, as well as a number of on-site amenities including a fitness center, deli and conference room facilities. Ashley Zito of Hill Management Services represented the landlordin this transaction.
“Our primary office location remains at Greater Baltimore Medical Center but the addition of this second location allows us to give patients increased flexibility in scheduling and ease of access, especially for patients coming to use from southern Pennsylvania,” explained Dr. Samuel Hahn, Medical Director of the Hunt Valley office. “Additionally, we wanted provide a venue that highlights the facial plastic surgery practice that is a part of this practice. Our real estate search for our second office focused in the Cockeysville and Hunt Valley region, because we wanted to serve a geographic region to attract patients that was far enough away from our Towson location. With its position directly adjacent to Interstate 83, we thought this was a natural location to accomplish this, both from the ENT and the facial plastic surgery sides of the practice. The areas directly north of Hunt Valley are growing rapidly and we see tremendous need in this areain the future.”

ENT Associates offers a full complement of medical and surgical services designed to diagnose and treat disorders in the head and neck,which, includes the ears, nose, throat, sinuses, and larynx. There are currently four physicians who focus on this practice specialty in the new Hunt Valley office. Additionally, an allergist who will be joining the practice at the Hunt Valley office later this year, offering comprehensive management of allergy and immunology including allergy testing and allergy shots.
In addition, Dr. Hahn has been designated as the Medical Director for the Maryland Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, which will concentrate on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in the head, scalp, and neck. Treatments include face and neck lifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, chin and cheek implants, lip augmentation and scar revision. The facility includes a medical spa for botox and filler treatments, lip injections and specialized skin care, with a certified aesthetician on-site.
