Addition of Veteran Office Broker Reflects Continued Growth of Firm’s DC Region Business
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Willard Freeman has joined the firm as Director. In his new role, Freeman will provide guidance and leasing expertise for a variety of developers, corporations, law firms and government agencies throughout the Washington, DC Metro Region.

Freeman joins Cushman & Wakefield from Catalyst 3 Realty, a boutique development services provider, where he serves as Principal, and Concordis Real Estate Advisors, a minority owned commercial real estate provider, where he serves as CEO. He has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience serving a variety of high-profile tenants and investors in complex real estate transactions around the globe.
