Inca Social, is now offering weekend brunch, after opening its doors on February 1, 2019 to bring authentic Peruvian cuisine, with a modern presentation paired with locally brewed craft beer to the Merrifield neighborhood in Fairfax, Virginia.
“We’re borrowing our favorite recipes from families and friends and infusing modern elements to design dishes from scratch with the best flavors of South America,” said Fito Garcia, Operating Partner, Inca Social.
In Avenir Place, near the Mosaic District, Inca Social boasts Latin American foods paired with a selection of craft beers brewed locally in Virginia. The menu includes Latin American classics like Ceviche, Empanadas, Lomo Saltado, Arroz con Pollo, along with Inca wings, Chicharron, and Inca (Butifarra) and Chicharron sandwiches. For brunch, Passion fruit Mimosas, Sangrias, and flavored pisco sours are served.
Inca Social has 23 draft beer lines, including rotating VA brewery’s like: Aslin, Commonwealth, Ocelot, Crooked Run, Potters, Port City, Mustang Sally, Vasen, 3-Star, Ono, Hardywood, Solace, Aleworks, Old Bust head, Rocket Frog, Ardent and more local favorites to come.
Inca Social collaborates with Crooked Run Brewery to brew their own “Machu Pisco” beer, which is slightly sweet and sour, and is inspired by Peru’s very own Pisco Sour cocktail. “This delicious and refreshing beer is exclusively sold at Inca Social and Crooked Run Brewery,” said Garcia. The rotating craft beer selection is seasonal and select.
Inca Social’s cocktail menu is one of the most refreshing in Northern Virginia with South American classics and flavorful twists that have been made to enhance the cocktails, such as the strawberry pisco sour, which incorporates pisco infused with strawberries to create a delicious twist to the traditional pisco sour.
Inca Social offers a social, community experience where everyone can come and feel connected for happy hour, dinner with co-workers, family and friends. In addition to the Saturday and Sunday, 11am-3pm brunch, the restaurant offers these ongoing fun, social experiences:

- Saturdays, 9 pm – DJ featuring international music
