Patrick Bell, Weller Development; Spencer Perry, BB&T and Chair of the NAIOP Maryland Developing Leaders Committee; Peter Soprano, Site Resources and Brett Foelber, MCB Real Estate were among the participants at the after-hours event held on the rooftop of 3401 Boston Street, a 20-story Class "A" building containing 200,000 square feet of commercial office and 9,000 square feet of retail space. Featuring 20,000 square foot floor plates with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the building was developed by Merritt Properties. "The only thing better than the high-quality turnout we generated were the amazing views of Baltimore City from the roof deck," stated Spencer Perry.
