Dr. Giloz-Ran, has a long record of leveraging strategic planning and problem solving to drive business growth. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a PhD in tax, accounting and finance from Ben- Gurion University in Israel.

Eran Ballan, Esq., brings exceptional management experience at large and complex corporate entitiesin international markets. Mr. Ballan served as Partner, and Head of the biotech department at Naschitz Brandes Amir, one of the largest law firms in Israel.
