John Bolton
Rhône Group has re-appointed Ambassador John Bolton as a Senior Adviser to the Firm. It signals a return to a role Ambassador Bolton held for over a decade prior to his tenure in the Trump administration as Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.
Ambassador Bolton will once again provide advice and counsel to Rhône Group and its portfolio companies on a variety of matters including geopolitical and economic issues. Robert Agostinelli, Co-Founder of Rhône Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome John back to the Firm where he has delivered incredible value as an adviser in the past. With the current unpredictable nature of geopolitics and its ability to disrupt the global economy we think our Firm and our investors will benefit immensely from John’s vast experience working in the international political arena.”
Ambassador John Bolton served as National Security Advisor to President Trump, having previously served in the Reagan administration and George H.W. Bush administration in several roles in the State and Justice Departments. He also served in the George W. Bush administration as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
