VICE PRESIDENT:

Cliff Hamner, CPM, MBA has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Hamner, who joined Thalhimer in 2012 as a senior portfolio manager, was most recently director, property services, responsible for leading property management operations and business development in the Fredericksburg market. In addition to leadership responsibilities, he manages a commercial portfolio for some of the firm’s key clients.

SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER:

Lina Owata, COS, RAM, TCS has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Ms. Owata joined Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office in September, 2017, and is responsible for all day-to-day and fiscal operations for her portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial properties.

Tami Simonds, CPM^®, GRI^®has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Ms. Simonds joined Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office in September 2019, and manages a commercial portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties.

ASSISTANT PORTFOLIO MANAGER:

Samantha Knox has been promoted to assistant portfolio manager. Ms. Knox joined Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services in their Fredericksburg office November, 2017 as property management assistant. She will manage a commercial portfolio consisting of retail and industrial properties in addition to assisting the property managers in the Fredericksburg office.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT:

Melissa Beckley has been promoted to senior property management assistant. Ms. Beckley joined Thalhimer in 2010 as a property management assistant. Over the years she has continued to take on additional responsibilities such as supporting multiple markets, training new associates, supporting several senior managers and/or market leads, as well as leading the administration of key projects.
