Benjamin W. Wilson
Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the promotion of Benjamin W. Wilson to Senior Director. Mr. Wilson most recent title was Director.
Mr. Wilson leads D.C. Mixed-Use Investment Sales Practice, providing services to our commercial clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Wilson manages the D.C.-based team and is responsible for arranging sales and financing for a range of infill and suburban property types: mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and land as well as proposed development sites.
Since joining Greysteel in mid-2017, Mr. Wilson has been instrumental in the growth of the Mixed-Use Practice and has transacted an impressive $240 million in total sales volume. Additionally, Mr. Wilson is one of the most active brokers in several Washington, D.C. submarkets.

Mr. Wilson received his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from American University and holds a committee membership with the District of Columbia Building Industry Association. He volunteers his time with area churches on land acquisitions and connects them with trustworthy financial advisors. Ben actively supports local and national charities, including Dreams for Kids DC (DFKDC) and Greyhound Welfare where he serves on the Public Relations Committee.
