Bedford Plaza, a 112,649 square foot neighborhood center is anchored by Tractor Supply and Dollar Tree. The center has a diverse mix of national, regional and local e-commerce resistant tenants including restaurants and service-oriented retailers. Coastal Equities of Weston, Florida acquired the asset on February 13, 2020. The sale price was $8,400,000 and the property was 79% leased at the time of the acquisition. The sale was completed by Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler.
