In the latest stop of his tour visiting projects and attractions within each of the seven Baltimore County legislative districts, County Executive Olszewski spent a recent afternoon at the four-building Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley. Together with Councilman Kach, the politicians met with executives of Hill Management Services, Inc., the owner and manager of the 500,000 square foot development, and randomly mingled with tenants and employees.

Meeting with Michael Brooks, Jr. of Three Dog Deli, a food concept that offers an assortment of breakfast and lunch selections including made-to-order sandwiches, soups and grab-and-go items. The deli is among the many amenities contained in the Main Street-style section of the complex that also includes a daycare facility, fitness center, branch of the United States Post Office, hair salon, dry cleaner, and a card and gift shop. Full-service conference room facilities are also available to the more than 100 tenants. Hill Management Services also engages the community with free concerts and special events including Health Fairs throughout the year.

"This was a tremendous opportunity for the County Executive and County Councilman to see, on a first-hand basis, the more than $10 million in upgrades that Hill Management has re-invested into the Executive Plaza complex over the past several years," said Danielle Beyrodt (left). "I know our tenants and their employees enjoyed seeing the politicians in an informal setting. A few even discussed some issues that were important to them and received instant feedback."
