Newmark Knight Frank Director Ben Sutton and Executive Managing Director William Anderson, out of the firm’s Boston office, recently cooperated with CBRE’s Richmond, Virginia office in advising SimpliSafe, Inc., a leading producer of self-installed home security systems, in leasing space in Richmond, Virginia, to serve as its second U.S. customer support operation. According to a press release issued by Governor Ralph Northam, SimpliSafe will invest $5.5 million to establish a customer support operation in the Willow Lawn area of Henrico County, creating 572 new jobs.
