120,583 square foot warehouse/industrial portfolio located in Howard County
Lee & Associates | Maryland has brokered a lease with Sushi Logos for 7,281 square feet of space within 7194 Oakland Mills Road to elevate the two-building portfolio of 7190 and 7194 and Oakland Mills Road to 100% occupancy. The 120,583 square foot project, located in the Columbia section of Howard County, is owned by Bernstein Management Corporation, which also owns and manages more than 80 properties in the region. Sushi Logos provides restaurant equipment and supplies with an emphasis in Asian and Chinese food operations. Products include ceramic drinkware and plate ware, rice cooking equipment and sushi warmers, plastic tea pots, miscellaneous kitchen supplies and custom-printed chopsticks.
7190 Oakland Mills Road, consisting of 81,116 square feet of space and 7194 Oakland Mills Road, comprising 39,467 square feet of space, are contained within the Guilford Industrial Center. The single-story warehouse/industrial buildings are equipped with 22 foot ceiling heights and are surrounded by a parking field that can accommodate approximately 60 vehicles. The portfolio is situated within immediate proximity to Snowden River Parkway and is close to MD Route 32 and Interstate 95.
