IREM is an international association with more than 20,000 members that is dedicated to the education, training and development of professionals engaged in asset and property management for the commercial and residential real estate industries. The West-Central Maryland Chapter recognizes professionals for this award that have positively impacted the group over an extended period of time with leadership and project initiatives. Ms. Martin is past-President and current Board Member of the local chapter of IREM.
“I consider my long-term affiliation with IREM as central to my development as a property management executive, as my involvement has enabled me to interact with mentors, learn about best practices in the industry and find peers that I can discuss ideas and challenges with to find solutions,” explained Christina Martin. “This has also been a two-way street, as I have spent many hours to help advance the interests of the association to make it stronger and more effective. This award is humbling but I am so thankful to be recognized for my efforts.”
