Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Orchard Anchor, LLC and New Orchard Marketplace, LLC in the sale of Orchard Marketplace, a two-building grocery anchored retail center located at 50-110 Market Center Way in the growing Roanoke suburb of Daleville, VA.

The 46,552 square foot asset is anchored by creditworthy tenants Food Lion and Carilion Health Systems and was 100% leased at the time of the sale. Club Forest Guardian, LLC acquired the asset on March 10, 2020 for $8,000,000 ($172/SF). The sale was completed by Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler with the assistance of Jessica Johnson in Thalhimer's Roanoke office.
