W. Kyle Tangney
Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, today announced the promotion of W. Kyle Tangney to Sr. Managing Director. Mr. Tangney’s most recent title was Managing Director.
Mr. Tangney’s focus is on multifamily property transactions, particularly within DC, Maryland and Virginia markets. Mr. Tangney works with clients across the investment spectrum, from private clients and middle market companies all the way up to institutional powerhouses. Mr. Tangney leads the Washington, D.C. team of investment sales professionals and is responsible for business development, marketing strategy, and start-to-finish deal execution.

Mr. Tangney is a recipient of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award and a graduate from the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
