Aspen Suffolk, LLC, a California-based investor,purchased the 3,500 square foot freestanding NNN leased medical/retail property from LWS Suffolk Station, LLC, an affiliate of Salomon Real Estate Group based in Atlanta,for $2,425,000 as an investment.The property is fully leased with a 10-year NNN lease with Aspen Dental – one of the Commonwealth’s most highly regarded and successfulcomprehensive dental care companies.
