Moya Design Partners (MOYA) today announced the addition of two new principals to its leadership team: Dennis E. Connors, AIA LEED Green Associate, as Principal/Partner and Senior Project Architect and Vinay Ganeshan as Principal and Senior Project Manager.

Dennis E. Connors joins MOYA as a Principal/Partner and Senior Project Architect. Dennis is a key contributor to the Mid-Atlantic region’s architectural world for the past 20 years. Prior to joining MOYA, Dennis worked at SK&I, DMSAS, Inc. and started his own design/architecture firm, Synergy Design. His leadership and in-depth knowledge of the District and multifamily housing will advance MOYA’s work in these areas. Over the years, Dennis has demonstrated a genuine concern for building a more equitable and just District--values that match MOYA’s mission and core values. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture Professional Degree from the Catholic University of America.

Vinay Ganeshan joins MOYA as a Principal and Senior Project Manager. Over the course of his 21-year career, Vinay has been involved in the design and project management of over 20 major development projects, focusing on mixed-use and residential work in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Vinay previously worked at SK&I, Torti Gallas and Partners, and, most recently, Dwell Design Studio. In his last role at Dwell Design Studio, Vinay helped grow the company and contributed to the design and construction of over 4,000 housing units in the DMV area, Atlanta and Pittsburgh. He is looking forward to further expanding MOYA’s portfolio while also contributing to the firm’s designs for social causes. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Howard University.
