O’Donnell joined the firm in 2015 as vice president of Brokerage Services and has been in the industry since 2006.

O’Donnell is a board member for the Charlottesville Economic Development Association. In addition, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlottesville, VA Chapter, and volunteers with the Golden Living Healthcare Community.
