Premier Men’s Grooming Shop Scheduled to Open in Fall 2021

Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) announces that Bearded Goat Barber will open in the fall of 2021 at the Village at Shirlington. Located at 4150 Campbell Avenue, near Samuel Beckett’s Irish Gastro Pub and across the street from Damn Good Burger Co., this will be the premier barber service provider’s third location in the DMV.

A one stop shop for men’s grooming services in a relaxed setting, Bearded Goat Barber offers a full array of haircut, shape-ups and grey blending services personally curated by the Bearded Goat Barber team. They also offer straight razor hot towel shaves and specialize in beard shaping and sculpting.

“The Village at Shirlington is the ideal location for Bearded Goat Barber to open its third location,” said Scott Parker, co-founder. “Having opened our first shop in Ballston in 2019, and our second location in Navy Yard in Washington, DC this year, we are focused on neighborhoods that are future-focused, while retaining a certain charm.”

Co-founder Scott Parker is one of the partners behind Nighthawk Pizza, opening at Federal’s Westpost at National Landing (formerly Pentagon Row) in the fall of 2021.

Masks are worn by everyone throughout the entire experience and its employees maintain proper hand washing consistently throughout the day and encourages patrons to do the same.

The 1,088 square foot Bearded Goat Barber joins the soon to open Stellina. In Fall 2020, the Village at Shirlington received a lifestyle permit for Sip & Stroll, inviting patrons to shop, dine and gather in the neighborhood and roam with cocktails on Campbell Avenue, S. Randolph Street and the other pedestrian walkways throughout The Village.
