Craig Cheney, Principal at KLNB, represented the landlord, Clemente Development Company, Inc. and the tenant was represented by Capstar Commercial.

Construction will begin in June and the Asian fusion restaurant is planning to open by the end of 2021. The daytime population surrounding the site is 48,863 with an average household income of$159,211 and high visibility with 80,000 daily cars on Leesburg Pike. The mixed-use project has a remaining 708 square-foot built-out office space currently available.
Sumo Noodle House also owns Sumo Japanese Restaurant in Alexandria and has plans to create an Asian fusion restaurant that will feature southeast Chinesefood, spicy crawfish, and Japanese ramen in this Tysons location.
