ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance, LLC is pleased to announce two promotions on the loan production teams. Beth Audoersch on the FHA team has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Steve Arnold on the Baltimore team has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Beth is a valuable member of our FHA and GNMA Multifamily lending platform. Beth has been an active member of the CNREF Operating Committee since its inception and has management/training responsibilities for junior members of the FHA team.

Steve started out as a Financial Analyst nearly 20 years ago before moving up to a Loan Production role. Steve has successfully closed loans secured by office buildings, retail, multifamily, warehouse, and self-storage.

In recognition of their long-standing consistent work ethic, their individual achievements, and their ongoing contributions to our company’s continued growth and success, Beth has earned the title Executive Vice President and Steve has earned the title Senior Vice President.
