Proceeds fund uplifting activities and programs for critically ill children in Mid-Atlantic Region, Philadelphia and Florida
If you could play golf with three other professional players, who would they be? Who would be part of your fantasy foursome? For the first time, Casey Cares is presenting an opportunity for golf enthusiasts to raise much needed funds for critically ill children while also enjoying a day out on a nearby golf course with friends or colleagues. The Casey Cares Fantasy Golf Challenge, taking place between Thursday, April 8- Sunday, April 11, allows golfers to utilize an app called TDJ Golf App to “select” three PGA Masters golfers to be part of their team, play a live round of golf at a place of their choice and then enter their score to be tabulated with their “teammates” for great prizes. “This is our first foray into doing a fantasy golf challenge and we are truly excited about the possibilities. Anyone can play golf from any location and help us raise money for our families who continue to need our help during these continued difficult times,” said Casey Baynes, Casey Cares Foundation executive director and founder. “This is a unique fundraiser and certainly is in synch with the times as we all continue to find ways in which to incorporate outdoor activities with helping others.”
The First Place Winner receives a cash prize of $2,500. The Second Place Winner will win a 3-some at either Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD or Concession Country Club in Bradenton, FL (airfare and hotel NOT included)
