Warschawski COO Shana Harris to Present on Crisis Management at Upcoming PRSA Health Academy Conference

The PRSA Health Academy Virtual Conference will dive into how the trying times of the past year – including the pandemic, civil unrest, economic uncertainty and more – converged to reshape how public relations professionals influenced how organizations engaged with their stakeholders.

Recognizing the digital age has revolutionized the way we generate, distribute and consume news, during her session, Shana will provide attendees with an education of what determines a crisis, how to proactively plan ahead with a strong proactive strategy and how to create organizational processes to ensure they are set up for success.
