Hampton Roads residents and their visitors will soon find some of the hottest brands and fashions in one convenient place, as Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced today the first lineup of retailers to join Norfolk Premium Outlets. Located at the major crossroads of I-64 and Northampton Road, the 332,000 square foot center will offer approximately 85 outlet stores featuring a mix of apparel, footwear, accessories, leather goods and home décor with savings of 25 to 65 percent every day.

New stores include the following:

• Banana Republic Factory is a global apparel and accessories brand for women and men, focused on brilliantly versatile, contemporary classic and polished style at extraordinary value. Founded in San Francisco in 1997, Banana Republic Factory is a division of specialty retailer Banana Republic, both divisions of Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS).
• Calvin Klein is one of the most recognizable brands in fashion, whose philosophy of modern, sophisticated and often minimal designs has remained a staple of fashion for over four decades. The clean lines of the brand's designs extend to women's and men's sportswear, suits, dresses, jeans, underwear, fragrance and accessories. 
• Columbia Sportswear is a global leader and innovator in outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment for men, women and children. For more than 75 years, the brand has developed innovative products and technologies to keep shoppers warm, dry, cool and protected year round.
• Kay Jewelers Outlet offers extraordinary customer service along with tremendous savings, including clearance items priced up to 50 percent off regular price every day.
• Levi’s® Outlet Store offers a broad selection of quality jeans, shorts, Trucker jackets and casual wear for teens and adults. Fits will include the 511™, 541™ and 501® for men and 700 series and 300 series for women in addition to the classic 501® jean and short.  Additional offerings will include tops, dresses and accessories for a head to toe look.

In addition to its impressive retail roster, Norfolk Premium Outlets will feature a contemporary adaptation of colonial design, complete with covered walkways and spacious courtyards offering seating, fountains, fireplaces, custom-made art and vibrant landscaping.
